Surface grinding wheels

Precision abrasive tools designed for surface grinders, used to produce smooth, flat finishes on metal or other hard materials. This grinding wheel is suitable for light grinding on general and hardened steels. Made using white aluminum oxide, it is more friable than brown aluminum oxide.

Available with a standard outer diameter of 180mm (7") and a standard bore size of 31.75mm (1-1/4") in the following thicknesses: 25mm (1"), 19mm (3/4"), 13mm (1/2"), 10mm (3/8"), 6mm (1/4"), and 3mm (1/8")

Available grits: WA46, WA60, WA80, WA100, WA120.

for Harder to grind materials

For use on grinding tougher materials

Available with a standard outer diameter of 180mm (7") and a standard bore size of 31.75mm (1-1/4") in the following thicknesses: 13mm (1/2"), 10mm (3/8"), 6mm (1/4"), and 3mm (1/8")

Available grits: DA46, DA60, DA80, DA100, DA120.

for carbide materials

For use with Carbide materials. Made using green silicon carbide, it is harder and more friable than black silicon carbide.

Available with a standard outer diameter of 180mm (7") and a standard bore size of 31.75mm (1-1/4") in the following thicknesses: 13mm (1/2"), and 6mm (1/4").

Available grits: GC60, GC80

HRc60 & above

For precision grinding of high hardness tool steel and general grinding. Made using Monocrystalline aluminum oxide, it is harder and tougher than WA, and has a sharp cutting edge

Available with a standard outer diameter of 180mm (7") and a standard bore size of 31.75mm (1-1/4") in the following thicknesses: 13mm (1/2"), and 6mm (1/4")
