FLAP WHEELS

Versatile abrasive tools made by layering abrasive flaps radially around a central hub. As the flaps wear down during use, new abrasive material is continuously exposed, providing a consistent finish and long service life. They are ideal for cleaning, deburring, blending, and finishing both flat and contoured surfaces. Designed for use with bench grinders or other stationary machines, available in larger sizes for heavy-duty applications.

Flap wheels are available in the following sizes: 

150 x 25 x 25.4mm (6 x 1 x 1"), 150 x 50 x 25.4mm (6 x 2 x 1"), and 205 x 25 x 25.4mm (8 x 1 x 1") 

Available in the following grits: 60, 80, 120, with 240 grit only available in 150 x 25 x 25.4mm (6 x 1 x 1") size
