FLAP SANDING DISCS

Made by overlapping abrasive "flaps" bonded to a central hub, these discs wear down gradually, exposing fresh abrasive for consistent performance and a longer lifespan. Ideal for applications like rust removal, weld blending, edge chamfering, and surface preparation. They are commonly used with angle grinders and offer a smoother, more controlled finish compared to traditional grinding wheels.

Flap Sanding discs are sized at 100 x 16mm (4 x 5/8") with 40, 60, 80, 100, and 120 grits available.
